This is a kitchen and exterior remodel of an historic home in the Hollywood Hills. A small kitchen and breakfast room were combined to create this bright, open kitchen. An adjacent laundry room was converted to a rear foyer, so homeowners and their guests can easily get from kitchen to the back yard dining area. The laundry was relocated to a closet under the stairs. The kitchen floor is antique cement tile from France. The island top is reclaimed wood with a wax finish. Countertops are Carrera marble.
