This is the full renovation of a modern house built in 1959. Limestone floors and maple and teak wood are used throughout to create a home that is modern and warm. Great care was taken to seamlessly integrate an environmentally friendly HVAC system into the home. The landscaping was replaced with drought tolerant species that blend into the surrounding hills.
